I've been an observer today. Sad at the beginning with the fact that my new wig didn't arrive on time I quickly changed my mind and tried to turn this mishap into something good. I tried to learn as much as I could from... observing others in action.

1. Switch off that teacher mode Ana!
So maybe I started off wery wrong trying to give some unnecesarry advices on posing and expressions. I quickly realised that I shouldn't have.
This is probably because I switched into that teacher mode working on a very special cosplay panel. I hope I didn't seem to be to bossy - I seriously didn't mean to scare anyone :D
I was worried I made a horrible mistake but felt a lot better when Stephen the phtograper used the same analogy and example I used at the beginning of the session to guide the very last cosplayer to that specific facial expression desired for the photo.

2. Don't mess with the banana chiquita!
Cosplay is about fun, and when you're out of ideas for posing and you did your job good it's time for... the fun factor... where crazy ideas bring best/memorable photos to life.
And what is better then one banana? OMG Two bananas!

3. "Only a fool knows everything. A wise man knows how little he knows."
A very important rule I learned in the past years of cosplaying... NEVER EVER say that people should or shoudn't do something. Someone (if not you yourself a couple of years later) might proove you are VERY WRONG!

4. It's not a crime to be a cosplayer but not an anime lover!
Yes, I admit! The only animes I watched are: Dashu Kappei, Yattaman, Captain Tsubasa, Attacker You!, Yattodettaman, Daimos, Kaiketsu Zorro... This actually proves how old I am :D I need to be more up to date on animes hahahaha :P
Anyways... When you start to cosplay you choose characters you love.... later on when you run out of these... you choose costumes you love and then you learn to love the character through the cosplay process. Both approaches are correct as long as you do your job correctly.

5. Great people = great fun!
Allright, I wrote so much weird stuff above but not much about the whole Cosplay Ireland Photoshoot!
Well.... I had loads of fun today! Thank you so much for having me there! It was lovely to meet you all, you are an amazing bunch of people, great cosplayers, crazy as hell! I laughed my ears off with ya! Seriously! One of the best afternoons I had in the past years!
If you guys don't have enough of me and there was no major complaints about me then I'd love to join you for any other future projects, photoshoots and stuff!
Once more THANK YOU!
